Plaintiff, Church of Scientology International, by its attorneys, Wilson, Ryan & Campilongo and Bowles & Moxon, hereby applies to this Court for an order: (1) sealing the Memorandum of Points and Authorities in Support of Motion for Preliminary Injunction and Exhibit A to the Declaration of Andrew H. Wilson filed in support thereof; (2) requiring all pleadings and papers submitted for filing in the referenced matter which disclose any provisions of the Settlement Agreement dated December 6, 1986 between Plaintiff and Defendant to be submitted in sealed

envelopes; and (3) prohibiting the parties and their respective counsel from disclosing the contents of sealed pleadings and papers on file in this action to third parties.
